As your doula, I offer comprehensive childbirth education classes designed to empower and prepare you for the transformative experience of childbirth. This course provides essential knowledge about the stages of labor, pain management techniques, birthing options, and postpartum care, ensuring you feel confident and informed. You will receive a 35 page information manual for the class that you can reference at any time.  The importance of such education cannot be overstated; it helps alleviate fears, fosters a sense of control, and enables informed decision-making during labor and delivery.
